Quality Control

We implement strict full-process quality control system in accordance with ISO9001 standard. First, we adopt qualified national standard and imported spare parts for motor, bearing and electric components, inspect all incoming materials strictly. Second, QC team inspects welding, assembly and electric wiring during production. Third, every finished machine will pass 8-hour no-load test and real paper running test before delivery, to ensure stable running, perfect paper finished effect and standard output. Fourth, we adjust machine voltage to fit different countries’ power standard. All machines will be cleaned, anti-rust treated and packed with fumigated wooden case. We guarantee stable machine quality and long service life for all overseas clients.
Our Services

We provide one-stop full-cycle service for global tissue processing investors. Pre-sale: Free customized production layout, capacity calculation, machine parameter selection and online factory inspection. On-sale: Support TT international payment terms; complete official export documents, customs declaration and sea freight arrangement; standard fumigated wooden package for long-distance sea transportation. After-sale: Overseas engineer on-site installation, commissioning and worker operation training; English operation manual and maintenance guide provided. We offer 12 months warranty for whole machine, quick spare parts supply, 24-hour online technical support.
